Warrant Served in Grundy County

A man was arrested in Grundy County with a warrant served.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 36-year-old Charles R. Smith of Chillicothe at 9:45 am Sunday.
Smith had a felony warrant for a parole violation from the board of probation and parole of District 4 of Kansas City. Additional arresting charges include misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
