Warranted Arrest in Nodaway County

A St. Joseph man was arrested in Nodaway County on Monday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 23-year-old Marshall P. Pearcy at 6:29 pm
There are three counts of warrants from the Maryville Department of Public Safety for failure to appear on charges of not having insurance. Additionally, Pearcy was charged with not wearing a seat belt.
He’s being held on bond in the Nodaway County Jail.
