Warrants and New Driving Charges Land Savannah Man in Jail

A Savannah man found himself in the Andrew County Jail Monday afternoon after he was arrested by Highway Patrol Troopers on multiple driving offenses and a pair of outstanding arrest warrants.
According to Troop H of the Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Savannah resident Timothy A. Sipes was arrested at 2:01 P.M. on a 2nd offense of driving while suspended, displaying the plates of another, and not wearing a seat belt. He was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant from Andrew County for failing to appear on a non-support charge and a St. Joseph Police warrant for failing to appear on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended.
Sipes was booked into the Andrew County Jail to await bond.
