Warrensburg Woman Injured in Andrew County Crash This Morning

A Warrensburg woman suffered injuries in an early morning accident today in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred on I-29, 12 miles north of Saint Joseph, when a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Cheyenne M. Wooten headed southbound.

Troopers say Wooten swerved to avoid a deer in the road, lost control, traveled off the east side of the road, overturned, and came to a rest in the median.

Wooten suffered minor injuries and was taken to Mosaic Life Care for treatment.

Troopers say Wooten was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
