Watson Teen Injured in Atchison County Crash Thursday

A Watson, Missouri teen was injured in a Thursday crash in Atchison County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on U.S. 136, just west of Rock Port, when a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Watson teen was heading eastbound.

Troopers say the teen went off the south side of U.S. 136 and struck a pole.

The driver was taken to Fairfax Community Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Troopers say she was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
