Weather Pushes Back U.S. Route 36 Ramp Closure

Due to inclement weather, local crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation postponed the closure of the westbound U.S. Route 36 to southbound Route 759 (Stockyards Expressway) ramp scheduled for Wednesday morning.

Crews now plan to close the ramp on Tuesday, September 15, between 9 a.m. and noon, in order to replace the crash barrels.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

Should they get rained out, crews will plan to complete the work Wednesday, September 16, during the same timeframe.
