Wheeling Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Livingston County

A Wheeling man was arrested on over a handful of drug and driving charges Monday in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Douglas S. Coin was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while revoked, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash.

Coin was taken to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
