Winston Woman Hurt in Collision With Big Rig

A Winston woman suffered moderate injuries after a collision with a tractor-trailer Tuesday night in Clay County.
According to Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 41-year-old Winston resident Margaret J. Harryman was on the shoulder of northbound Interstate 35 near the 31.2 mile marker. She tried to enter the right lane of traffic at 9:15 P.M. when her 2014 Volkswagen struck the rear end of a 2011 Freightliner.
Harryman was reportedly wearing a seat belt at the time but suffered moderate injuries. She was taken to Research Hospital by Holt EMS.
