Troopers Report Injuries For Winston Woman in Clay County Crash

A Winston woman suffered injuries in a Clay County crash Monday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 5:28 Monday evening on I-35, on the ramp to Highway 152, as 53-year-old Tracy L. Eiken stopped at a red light heading northbound.

Troopers say a northbound Ford F250 driven by 29-year-old Holt resident Hunter J. Strahl struck the rear of Eiken’s Hyundai Elantra.

Eiken suffered minor injuries and sought treatment at KU Medical Center.

Authorities say all involved wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
