The Denver, Missouri man charged with Kidnapping and Assault in Worth County is back in custody.
Fifty-three year old Ronald Angle, Sr. was charged on June 22nd after officers allege he was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend at their residence in Denver. Court documents say Angle is accused of fracturing the victim’s rib and nose and holding her against her will for approximately five hours.
Angle appeared in the Associate Division of the Worth County Circuit Court on June 29th for a bond hearing. The court reduced the bond to $4,999 cash or corporate surety with the requirements that he reside with his brother in St. Joseph and to not enter the city limits of Stanberry or Denver. He was to report to private probation services within 24 hours of his release.
The Worth County Prosecuting Attorney filed a motion to revoke Angle’s bond on Thursday, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Angle was taken into custody by the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 10 o’clock this (Friday) morning. He is being held in the Harrison County Jail.
