Worth Man Arrested For Being a Fugitive Outside Missouri

A Worth man was arrested for being an out-of-state fugitive Tuesday afternoon in Worth County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Randy S. Howard was arrested for not having a valid driver’s license and being a fugitive from out of state.

Howard was taken to the Ringgold County Jail, in Mount Ayr, Iowa, to be held without bond.
