Heart Baseball All-Conference First Team
Stephen Eskridge| So. | Pitcher | Canton, Ill.
Eskridge, through 29.0 innings on the mound in the regular season for the Yellowjackets, posted a 4.34 ERA. He has 43 strikeouts on the year with 13.34 k/9. He went 2-1 and had seven saves.

Heart Baseball All-Conference Second Team
Kamaehu Sanchez | So. | Catcher | Waianae Hawaii
Sanchez played in 46 games and hit a .398 with four home runs and 32 RBI’s. He had a .980 fielding percentage, with 130 putouts, 14 assists and caught nine stealing. He would also have ten runs.

Heart Baseball All-Conference Honorable Mention
Zach Tanabe | So. | Short Stop | Waipahu, Hawaii
Tanabe would play in 50 games for the Yellowjackets and have a .349. He would have four home runs, 12 doubles and 36 RBI’s. He was a part of 17 double plays and 85 assists. He would also have six stolen bases and 31 runs.

Heart Baseball All-Conference Honorable Mention
Bryan Paez| Sr. | Third Base| Maracay Venezuela
For the Yellowjackets, Paez would play in 48 games with a .322 batting average and had 47 hits. He would collect 16 doubles, three home runs and 25 runs. He would have a .844 in the field with 29 putouts and 74 assists.
