Chiefs Make First Roster Cuts

The Kansas City Chiefs today made their first round of roster cuts in order to comply with the NFL mandated roster size of 85.

Today the Chiefs released wide receivers Antonio Callaway and Chad Williams, tight end Evan Baylis and defensive back Manny Patterson. Running back Elijah McGuire was placed on injured reserve.

Those moves bring the Chiefs total roster to the required 85, down from the offseason roster size of 90.
