Mo West Women Return To NCAA Tournament

The Missouri Western women are returning to the big dance after being announced as one of eight teams selected for the Central Region women’s bracket starting Friday in Hays, Kansas.

The Missouri Western women heard their names called as the region’s seven seed and will play 29-4 #2 seed Southwestern Oklahoma State in the first round on Friday. The winner of the match-up will advance to face the winner of 3seed Minnesota Duluth and Nebraska-Keanrey.

Top seed Fort Hays State will face #8 seed Minnesota State in the opening round with the winner set to face either #4 seed Missouri Southern or #5 seed St. Cloud St. in the semifinals.

Game times and ticket information have not yet been released by Fort Hays State.
