Northwest Men Advance Into MIAA Tourney Semifinals; Bearcat Women Fall to UN-K

The Northwest Missouri State men cruised into the semifinals of the MIAA Tournemant Thursday afternoon with their 23rd straight win over rival MIssouri Western.

In Thursday’s other quarterfinal 2-Seed Central Oklahoma advanced with a 76-60 win over Misosuri Southern.

Thursday evening the women took the floor for the first qurterfinal matchups, which saw the Bearcat women eliminated by top seed Nebraska Kearney 65-43.

In the other women’s game last night, women’s 2-seed Central Missouri knocked off Central Oklahoma 82-60.
