St. Joe To Host Central Region D2 Women’s Basketball Showcase

The St. Joseph Sports Commission has announced the inaugural St. Joseph NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Central Region Showcase which will be held November 10 and 11, 2023 at the St. Joseph Civic Arena.

The event features eight teams competing in eight games (four per day) as part of the opening weekend of the division II basketball season.

GAME SCHEDULE:

Friday, November 10:
12:30 PM: Southern Nazarene vs. Minnesota State
2:45 PM: Fort Hays State vs. Minot State
5:15 PM: Southeastern Oklahoma State vs. Concordia-St. Paul
7:30 PM: Missouri Western vs. Winona State

Saturday, November 11:
12:30 PM: Southern Nazarene vs. Minot State
2:45 PM: Fort Hays State vs. Minnesota State
5:15 PM: Southeastern Oklahoma State vs. Winona State
7:30 PM: Missouri Western vs. Concordia-St. Paul

Ticket information will be released in early fall in which all sales will be facilitated through the Civic Arena Box Office.

November 10-11 – NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Central Region Showcase

December 9 – Bill Snyder Women’s Basketball Classic – Kansas State vs. Mizzou

December 20-22 – St. Joseph Area Sports Hall of Fame High School Holiday Hoops Classic presented by United Fiber

March 18-22 – NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball National Championship
