Dennis Foster Welty

Dennis Foster Welty, 62, Albany, MO passed away Tuesday.
Dennis was born on October 19, 1957 in Cameron, Missouri the son of Foster and JoAnn (Hardin) Welty.
Dennis attended the Helen Davis School. He worked at the Sheltered Workshop in Stanberry, MO for several years until his health declined. He loved to sing and listen to country music, especially Johnny Cash. Dennis loved being with his family and telling jokes.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bobby.
Dennis is survived by his sister, Stacey Lewis (Jason), Coffey, MO; stepmom, Ermagene Uthe (LL), Pattonsburg, MO; nieces, Chrystina Lewis (Mitch), Jamesport, MO and Bailey Lewis, Coffey, MO; nephews, Brandon Lewis, Ryan Lewis and Blaike, of Coffey, MO; three step-brothers; four step-sisters and several step-nieces and nephews.
Private Family Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 21 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will be in Coffey Cemetery, Coffey, MO. There will be open visitation from 12:00 p.m. Noon to 5:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
