Florence “Flo” L. Foster, age 84, of Kansas City, Missouri,  passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Friday, November 19th, 2021 at the Turney United Methodist Church in Turney, MO.
