74 year old Urbandale and former Lamoni resident Jim Hammer died Monday in Urbandale. Survivors include his wife Barb of Windsor Heights, a son Todd Hall of West Des Moines, daughter, Missy Sullivan of Alexandria, VA, 4 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 3 great grandsons.

Funeral Services for 74 year old Urbandale and former Lamoni resident Jim Hammer will be Friday at 10:30am at the Lamoni United Methodist Church. Open visitation will be held from noon until 5pm Thursday at the Slade O’Donnell. Masks will be required at both sites. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery of Lamoni. A memorial fund has been established by the family.
