Funeral services for 74-year-old Kay Smelley of Brookfield will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2019, at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor David Blakely officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service, Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.
