Larry Eugene Gundy

Larry Eugene Gundy, 81, of Stewartsville, Mo., passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021.

Larry was born to Lawrence and Lois (Foot) Gundy on October 28, 1939, in Council Bluffs, IA.

On August 31, 1966, Larry and Lorraine (Harrison) were united in marriage in Harlan, IA.

Larry owned and operated Gundy’s Body Shop for many years because of his love of cars, racing, and auto body repair. He had a passion for guns and reloading ammunition. Larry enjoyed going on motorcycle Poker runs over the years, with his wife, Lorraine.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two children, Kevin Gundy and Roxanne Martin; and grandson, Nicholas Zimmerman.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Lorraine; children, David “Butch” Anderson, Lori Gandara, Patti Zimmerman, and Wanda Cashatt; eleven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
