Rhonda K. Gienapp

1965-2023

Cameron, Missouri- Rhonda Kay Gienapp, 57, passed away May 22, 2023.

Born November 16, 1965 in Cameron, Missouri, she was the daughter of Ronald Seitz and Donna Schmidt Jones.

Rhonda graduated from Cameron High School in 1984 and married Michael Gienapp on January 21, 1989. She worked as a bookkeeper at The Drug Store at the time of her passing. Rhonda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. She enjoyed being outside taking care of her chickens, camping, crafting and reading. Rhonda had an innovative mind, always dreaming up projects for Mike to build for her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Seitz; sister, Joyce Seitz; brother, Ronald Seitz Jr.; step-mother, Margie Seitz; step-father, Joe Jones; and father in law, David Gienapp.

Survivors: husband, Mike Gienapp, of the home; 2 daughters, Ashley Bray and Allison Gienapp (Wade Davis), both of Cameron, Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Emma and Colton Bray, and Artemis Davis; mother, Donna Jones, Cameron, Missouri

siblings, Louis (De Ana) Seitz, Cameron, Missouri, Melissa (Jason) Phillips, Maysville, Missouri, Paul Parsons, Cameron, Missouri, and Lisa Seitz, Kansas City, Missouri; sister in law, Donna (Lee) Meek, Maysville, Missouri; brother in law, Casey (Cindy) Gienapp, Cameron, Missouri, sister in law, Christina McDaniel, Cameron, Missouri, step brothers, Denzil (Judith) Jones, Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Lonnie (Nancy) Jones, Cameron, Missouri; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Poland-Thompson Chapel.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
