Sharon Marlene (Wilkinson) Graham

Fremont, NE: Sharon Marlene (Wilkinson) Graham, Freemont, NE (formerly of Stanberry, MO),
passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 74 with her family by her side in Fremont,
NE.
Sharon was born on October 19, 1949 in Hatfield, MO the daughter of Rex and Lillie
(Sweedman) Wilkinson whom preceded her in death.
Sharon was the cherished wife of the late Ronald Graham for over 47 years. She took pride
in being an aunt to her nieces and nephews, to which she saved every piece of artwork she ever
received. She attended the Church of Christ faithfully her entire adult life.
Sharon attended Stanberry High followed by the School of the Ozarks and finishing with her
Master’s at MIZZOU in Social Work. She practiced Social Work in private practice, medical
social work, psychiatric, and treatment counseling.
Sharon loved poetry and writing. She published a book, “Annika Alone” and was working on
a second book upon her death.
She was the loving mother of Candy Holloway and her husband Brant whom she thought of
as a son. More importantly she was the “Grammie” to Austin and Sam Holloway, whom she
adored.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Rex and Lillie Wilkinson and her
brother, Jerry (Cathy) Wilkinson.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Candy (Brant) Holloway; grandsons, Austin and Sam
Holloway; sister, Darlene (Burton) Messner and brother, David (Connie) Wilkinson.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Roberson Funeral
Home, Stanberry MO. Inurnment will follow in the High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, MO. The
family will receive friends from Noon – 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Roberson Funeral Home in
Stanberry MO. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Maryville Church of Christ in
