Shelly Annette (Rahm) Daffron, 59, of St. Joseph, passed away Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, at her home in St. Joseph. She was born Nov. 14, 1963, in St. Joseph. She graduated from Central High School and worked as a bar tender at Hammer Heads for 15 years, Norty’s Bar and Grill for five years, and most recently at the Eagles Lodge. She married Dennis on June 20, 2012, and he survives of the home. She enjoyed traveling, shopping at Ross’s, flowers and plants, and spending time with her children, grandkids, and friends. She also loved throwing parties, and was a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Shelly was preceded in death by father, Dennis Rahn; and sister, Sharee Lynn Brandt.

Survivors include husband, Dennis Daffron, of the home; mother, Sherry Hovey, (Chuck “Cowboy” Dubois), St. Joseph; sons, Nathan (Tabatha) Brant and Bryson (Morgan) Brant, of St. Joseph; sister, Kelly (Paul) Robreau, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; grandsons, Tatum Shelter and Seth Shellito; granddaughter, Scarlett Brant; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Private memorial services at a later date.
