Pet Of The Week – Abou
Please meet Abou! Abou is a darling little house panther who, with his solid black fur, his silly antics and his nap-time cuddles, is guaranteed to bring a smile to even the most serious of faces!
Abou was born at Green Hills Animal Shelter on April 5th, and is the last kitten from his litter who is still waiting for a Forever Home. But even though Abou hasn’t yet got to experience life outside the shelter, he doesn’t let shelter life get him down one little bit! Abou is a happy kitten who constantly delights staff and volunteers with his silly personality. He is full of spunk and LOVES to play; if you tie a feather to a string or give him a toy to play with, Abou will be your best friend for life! Abou loves other cats and would happily spend his whole day playing with the other cats at the shelter; and did we mention that this sweet boy never meets a stranger? In Abou’s world everyone is a friend, playmate, and potential cuddle buddy!
If Abou could describe his purr-fect Forever Home, he would ask for an indoor only home where he would receive lots of attention and could happily play away all day long and then, once he’s worn out, settle in for cuddles with his family. He would love to have his own basket of kitty toys, and he would also enjoy sharing his home with another cat or two who would enjoy playing and cuddling with him. Abou would be happy in a home with children, and he would even be content to share his home with a canine sibling.
Abou will go to his Forever Home neutered, de-wormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on all vaccinations. He is absolutely overflowing with love and happiness; could he share his life with you?
