Pet of the Week – Bernie
We’d like to introduce you to Bernie! Bernie is an orange tabby and one of the cutest guys you could ever hope to meet. His traditional orange tabby coloring is mixed with white, giving him a quite unique and adorable look.
Bernie is only 9 months old, and is very affectionate and cuddly. He is known at the shelter for having the most wonderful “motor”, and when you reach out to pet him he will immediately turn it on and begin to purr….and purr…and purr! In addition to being extremely lovable, Bernie is also quite playful. He is the purr-fect mix of cuddles and fun!
Bernie loves everyone and gets along well with other cats. In addition, with his sweet and fun personality, he would also be a good fit in a home with dogs and children.
Bernie would love a home where he could snuggle in his humans’ laps and sleep curled up next to them. And, while he would be very content to be the center of your universe, he would also enjoy having another cat in the home to play and snuggle with. Because he is so affectionate, he would prefer to be an indoor kitty where he can focus his attention on giving head bonks, getting chin scritches, and showering his forever humans with lots of love.
Bernie has been neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, de-wormed, and is up to date on all his vaccinations, including rabies. The only thing he is missing is a home of his very own. Could that home be yours?
