Pet Of The Week – Bert

If you’d like to add a lot of smiles and a lot of love to your home, then you need to meet Bert!  Bert is a 6-7-month-old white, black, and gray Tabby whose favorite thing in the world is being with people!

Bert was brought to Green Hills Animal Shelter after being found wandering alone, and he immediately stole the hearts of shelter staff and volunteers with his loving personality. You see, Bert absolutely craves human attention! He loves being held and would happily spend all day being petted and adored. Bert is friendly, gentle, and affectionate; and this sweet boy loves getting and giving gentle kitty kisses. Bert, who is still a kitten, also loves to play, and this smart boy is already litterbox trained.

If Bert could describe his “purr-fect” Forever Home, he would ask for an indoor-only home where he would receive lots of love and attention. He would enjoy having a person or family who would spend lots of time playing and cuddling with him. Bert loves other cats and would very much enjoy having a feline friend to play and cuddle with, and he would also be delighted in a home with children. Bert hasn’t had much experience with dogs, but with his sweet “I love you so much” personality, he would undoubtedly learn to love a canine companion, too.

Bert will go to his Forever Home neutered, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. He is so full of love and seeking a family to share it with; could that family be yours?
