Pet Of The Week – Bo
Please meet Bo! Bo is a handsome, young German Shepherd mix who is only about 1 year old. Bo came to Green Hills Animal Shelter along with his brother, Duke, who is also looking for a home of his own. Bo and Duke were abandoned in a rural area as puppies and the kind family who found them raised them, but due to a change in life, they recently found themselves unable to keep their unexpected charges and brought them to the shelter to help them find a new forever family or families of their own.
Bo is a sweet pup who loves kids and loves his brother, Duke. He is friendly and affectionate and very smart. He already knows how to sit and, with his intelligent, loyal nature, Bo would undoubtedly be quick to learn other commands as well. At only one year old, Bo still has a lot of happy puppy in him, and he loves to play. He loved to run and play with the children and other dogs in the country home where he was raised, and he would be a wonderful family pet.
If Bo could describe his perfect Forever Home, we believe he would ask for a home with plenty of room for him to safely run and play and for a family who would spend lots of time with him. He would very much enjoy a home with children and would be a great dog for a child to grow up with as he would love to be someone’s special, loyal companion. Bo would also enjoy a home with other dogs, and he would especially love if someone were to adopt both him and his brother Duke.
Bo will go to his Forever Home neutered, de-wormed, heartworm tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. He is a sweet, loyal pup who just wants a family to love; could that family be yours?
