Pet Of The Week – Buddy & Dash

We love so many things about pets, but one of the most heartwarming things to witness is a bonded pair;  a couple of buddies who are so attached to each other and love each other so much that they almost function as one. Today’s pets of the week, Buddy and Dash, are just that … a bonded pair who can’t imagine life without each other.

Buddy and Dash are siblings who are approximately 2 years old and have been best buddies their entire lives. Before coming to Green Hills Animal Shelter they had a home where they were very loved, and it shows in their loving, friendly purr-sonalities. Buddy and Dash, who have always been 100% indoor kitties, are the sweetest bonded pair you could ever imagine. They are affectionate and gentle both with each other and with everyone they meet. Buddy loves to give hugs when he is picked up and also loves to rub against his human’s legs every chance he gets. Dash wants to be wherever Buddy is and loves to be petted and loved. Whether sleeping, playing, or eating, you will always find these two together, sharing a bond that can’t help but make your heart smile!

If Buddy and Dash could describe their purr-fect Forever Home, the two most important things they would tell us are that they need to remain together and they need to continue to be indoor-only kitties (both Buddy and Dash are litterbox trained). They would very much enjoy having a fluffy bed they could curly up on together and a family who will shower them with love. Buddy and Dash’s sweet nature would make them a good fit in a home with gentle children and, although they are bonded to each other, they also get along well with other cats and would be pretty happy to share their home with another feline companion.

Buddy and Dash will go to their Forever Home fully vetted including being neutered, spayed, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. They are filled with love for each other and are longing to share their love with a Forever Family of their own; could you make their dream come true?
