Pet Of The Week – Lorrie

Please meet Lorrie! Lorrie is an adorable Collie mix puppy who we estimate to be only about 6-7 months old. Lorrie, with her beautiful brindled coat, was found wandering the streets with her sister, Annie (who is a gorgeous tri-color), searching for food, water, and shelter from the cold.  They were found and brought to the shelter, but sadly were never claimed, so now Lorrie and Annie are looking for a Forever Home or Homes of their own.

Lorrie is a gentle girl who, at 6-7 months old, still has a lot of growing to do. She is a very loving pup, and her friendly nature would make her a wonderful choice for a home with children.  Lorrie is full of puppy energy and loves to play. She gets along well with other dogs and especially enjoys playing with her sister Annie. She is funny, affectionate, and quite smart.

If Lorrie could describe her ideal Forever Home, she would ask for a home with a family who would spend lots of time with her. She would love an indoor home with a soft bed of her own, and she would also love to have access to a securely fenced yard where she could run and play. She would enjoy a home with children, and she would also very much like to have a canine sibling to play with. And, if possible, Lorrie would love to be adopted with her sister Annie, who she loves so much.

Lorrie will go to her Forever Home spayed, de-wormed, heartworm tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies.  She will be a wonderful family dog; could that lucky family be yours?
