Habitual Intoxicated Driver from Arkansas Arrested in Gentry

A habitual intoxicated driver was arrested in Gentry County.
According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, 40-year-old Robert D. Fry of Conway, Arkansas was arrested at 2:38 pm in Gentry County.
Preliminary charges for Fry include felony DWI – class b habitual offender, felony driving while revoked – class e, misdemeanor – operate a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, failed to place a vehicle not in motion as near to the right-hand side of highway practical, no proof of insurance, and failure to comply with an ignition interlock device.
Fry was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb regional jail for a 24-hour hold.
