Andrew County Jail Administrator Earns State Honor

The Missouri Sheriff’s Association has honored the jail administrator in Andrew County with a statewide honor.
On May 12 the organization named Andrew County Jail administrator Rachel Draper as the Missouri Jail Administrator of the year.
According to information released by the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office via their Facebook page, Draper joined their staff in 2009 as a dispatcher. She was named the Jail Administrator in 2017.
