Bevier Man Set For April Criminal Setting in Nodaway County Felony Case

A Bevier man will appear for a Nodaway County criminal setting in April.

Court documents say Logan Dale Fainter faces a felony charge of invasion of privacy.

Records list that charge from January 27.

Reports allege Fainter placed a cellphone into a Northwest Missouri State University residence hall shower.

Fainter entered a not-guilty plea on February 15.

He is next due in Nodaway County Court on April 12 at 9:00 a.m.
