Caldwell County Health Asking For Vaccine Survey Participation

The Caldwell County Heath Department is asking for county citizens to participate in a survey regarding the COVID-19 vaccines.
The anonymous survey is 14 questions long and is designed to collect county citizen data regarding their feeling about the COVID-19 vaccinations.
The survey is open to both those that have and have not been vaccinated and is open until Saturday, July 31.
