Cameron Public Library Summer Reading Program Kicks Off Tonight
The Cameron Public Library is launching their summer reading program tonight, kicking the program off with a block party.
This year’s theme for the program is “All Together Now” and will include more activities and programs that involve the entire family as opposed to just being geared towards kids. This years program will also have activities on each day of the week, as opposed to previous years that focused just on Thursdays.
Some of the daily themes include makers Mondays and tech Tuesdays as well as Wednesday story time for the smaller kids. Jennifer Ensign with the Cameron Library says Thursday will be like previous years and Fridays will be totally dedicated to the teenagers.
The summer reading program kicks off tonight (Thursday) with the block party from 6 until 7 P.M. with a number of activities.
