Chicago Men Arrested in Grundy County

Two Chicago men are alleged to have traveled from Chicago to Trenton and attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription.

According to court documents, 25-year old Pierre Otis Celestine, Jr. worked in concert with 42-year old George Ernie Almond, both of Chicago. It is alleged they drove a rental car to Trenton and attempted to pick up a fraudulent Phenergan with codeine prescription from EverCare Pharmacy.

The Grundy County court issued warrants for both men. Celestine’s bond is set at $10,000. Almond’s bond is set at $20,000.
