Chillicothe Man Arrested Sunday For Non Support

A Chillicothe man was arrested Sunday for non-support and speeding.
According to the arrest report from Troop H of the Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Chillicothe resident Clayton M. Dahlberg was arrested at 5:58 P.M. Sunday on a misdemeanor arrest warrant for non-support and cited for speeding. Online court records show three class A misdemeanor charges of non-support from January, February and March of 2021.
Dahlberg was booked into the Chillicothe Police Department to await $5,000 cash only bond. He is due in court Thursday, May 5th at 9 A.M. for a plea and trial setting hearing.
