Chillicothe Man Facing Multiple Charges Following Arrest Made Sunday

A Chillicothe man is facing multiple charges following an arrest made Sunday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that just before 6:15 P.M. they arrested 32-year-old Phillip D. Earley and he is facing charges for two separate possessions of a Controlled Substance, possession of marijuana, and forgery.
Earley was booked into Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24 hour hold.
