12:50am, Officers to reported domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Second Street…..Officers contacted parties and determined to be verbal and no arrest made…..

1:12am, Officers took a report of a possible assault in the 600 block of Clay Street from an individual that came to the Police Department…. Written statements were taken and the investigation is ongoing…..

2:12am, Subject in the PD to speak with Officer in reference ongoing investigation….Officer speaking with them….

8:30am, Officer out at Courthouse for Court duties….

9:13am, Commercial business alarm in the 10 block of Elm Street….Employee activation…..OK…

9:16am, Subject calling to speak with Officer…..Officer taking call….

9:40am, Subject in PD to turn themselves in on active warrant…..Subject arrested and transferred to Court for today appearance….Subject released to Court Bailiff….

9:50am, Officer out at City Hall for Administrative duties…..

9:58am, Subject in PD to speak with Officer….Determined as possible civil issue….No report at this time….

12:45pm, Officers recovered a bicycle from a ditch at Third and Grandview Streets….

1:15pm, Subject in to pick up their property that had been left here…….

1:31pm, Officers checking vehicle parked at side of road in the 1900 block of N. Washington Street…..Placed warning on the vehicle…..

1:55pm, Prosecutor’s Office calling to speak with Officer…..Officer taking call…

2:08pm, Officers picking up recovered property from the 1000 block of Graves Street…..

5:07pm, Call-in complaint of subject waking dog and abusing it on Cowgill Street near the Green Street area…..Officers unable to locate anyone….

5:56pm, Loud music complaint in the 400 block of Clay Street…..Subjects turned the music down….

6:32pm, Subject calling in reference to an ongoing investigation….Officer speaking with them…

8:18pm, Officers attempting to execute arrest warrant in the 400 block of Clay Street…. Male subject fled on foot from Officers, onto surrounding streets and through yards…..Subject was eventually apprehended by Livingston County deputy on Woodward Street near Jackson Street….. Subject brought to Law Enforcement Center, processed and then transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail……

10:23pm, Reported assault in the 1100 block of Walnut Street….A female subject was found to be in possession of illegal drugs and paraphernalia and wanted on a Probation/Parole violation warrant…..Subject was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, processed and transferred to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail awaiting extradition and filing of local charges……

11:15pm, Officer called to patrol 1300 block of Locust Street for kids ringing door bells and running…..Officer checked area and observed no one….Will check later on….

11:03pm, Domestic dispute in 400 block of Walnut Street….Determined to be verbal disagreement…No arrest made…..

Numerous traffic stops, continuing investigations and building security checks…..
