De Kalb Man Arrested on Driving Trio in Buchanan County

A De Kalb man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Monday afternoon in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Tyler T. Frakes was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to display valid plates, and failure to place a vehicle not in motion as near right hand side as practical.
Frakes was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
