Excelsior Springs Man Arrested on Driving Trio in Clay County

An Excelsior Springs man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Wednesday in Clay County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Alexander K. Barnes was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and not wearing a seat belt.
Barnes was taken to the Clay County Jail and later released.
