Excelsior Springs Man Injured in Clinton County Crash Thursday

An Excelsior Springs man was injured in a Clinton County crash Thursday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on U.S. 69, a mile north of Lawson, as a vehicle driven by 62-year-old William S. Woodward was heading northbound.
Troopers say Woodward began to turn into a business and was struck in the rear by another northbound vehicle.
Woodward suffered minor injuries and was taken to Excelsior Springs Hospital for treatment.
No injuries were listed for the other northbound driver.
Troopers say all involved were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
