Hadden Pleads Not Guilty To Murder Charges

 

A St. Joseph man charged with murder entered not guilty pleas to his charges Monday in Buchanan County Court.

St. Joe resident Michael J. Hadden entered not-guilty pleas to charges of 2nd degree murder, class A felony unlawful use of a weapon, and felony armed criminal action.

Hadden is accused of shooting from a vehicle and killing 25-year-old Minda Miller in February.

Hadden and Miller were reportedly in a relationship at the time of the shooting.

Hadden is due in court for trial setting at 10:30 A.M. Monday, December 13.
