Harassment Charges Filed Against Cainsville Man

BETHANY, MO – Harrison County authorities have charged a Cainsville man, alleging he intentionally intimidated his neighbor.

A probable cause affidavit issued by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office says 37-year-old William Karger was observed pulling a pistol from his holster in front of his neighbor’s security camera and waving it toward the apartment. The action was believed to be an intimidation tactic by Karger, who the report indicates had been having issues with the neighbor.

Karger is charged with felony harassment. A warrant was issued with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
