Hopkins Teen Seriously Injured in Thursday Night Accident

NODAWAY COUNTY, MO – A Hopkins teen was hospitalized following an accident last night around 10:30 pm in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the 17-year-old male driver drove straight off the road at the T intersection of 280th Street and Katydid Road, 2 miles southeast of Maryville. The car collided with an embankment.
The driver was seriously injured and was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.
