An Independence man is set for a hearing in Clinton County on a felony charge.
Court documents say Alberto Jose Florian faces a felony charge of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
Records list that charge from Wednesday.
Reports say Florian pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
He is next set to appear in court May 27 at 1:30 p.m.
