Kansas City, Kansas Man Arrested on Felony Charge Sunday in Andrew County

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City, Kansas man early Sunday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 54-year-old Frederic R. Cruz on a preliminary charge of felony driving while intoxicated.
Authorities booked Cruz into the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.
