Kansas Man Arrested on Driving Trio in Clinton County

A Wathena, Kansas man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Tuesday morning in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Sawyer A. Adkins was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and not having valid insurance.
Adkins was taken to the Clinton County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
