Kansas Woman Arrested on Driving Pair Sunday in Clinton County

Troopers report the arrest of an Atchison, Kansas woman, early Sunday in Clinton County on a pair of driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 54-year-old Jodi D. Oelkers on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Authorities booked Oelkers into the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
