Kansas Woman Injured in Holt County Crash Sunday

An Olathe, Kansas, woman suffered injuries in a Holt County crash Sunday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 6:05 Sunday night on I-29, 12 miles south of Mound City, as 43-year-old Hamed A. Baher drove southbound.
Troopers say Baher slowed to avoid striking an animal in the road and was struck from behind by another southbound vehicle.
A passenger in Baher’s vehicle, 37-year-old Arian A. Baher, suffered minor injuries and sought treatment at Mosaic in Saint Joseph.
Authorities say all involved wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
